Citrix Installation Instructions

NWOCA: Windows Installation Steps

  1. Go to https://www.citrix.com/downloads/

  2. Click "Citrix Receiver" link under "Featured Downloads"

  3. Click the "Download Receiver for Windows" button

  4. Run CitrixReceiver.exe

  5. Click "Start"

  6. Click the checkbox next to "I accept the license agreement" and click Install

  7. Wait for the installation to complete, it may take several minutes

  8. Click "Add Account"
  9. On the Add Account menu, type in https://cloud.nwoca.org and click "Add"
    1. If there are errors here, please try restarting your machine
  10. Enter your credentials (nwocaland\username) and your NWOCALAND password. Click "Log on" once you've entered your credentials

NWOCA: Citrix Uninstall

  1. Open up Control Panel
  2. Go to Programs → Uninstall a program
  3. Right click Citrix Receiver and click Uninstall
  4. Wait very patenitly while the software is removed
  5. Restart your computer to ensure that everything is fully removed
