What is happening?

We are migrating remainder of the Exchange 2007 mailboxes to Exchange 2010. If you have already been migrated, there will be no changes. We are upgrading from Exchange 2007 to 2010 to provide a number of enhancements and improvements such as an improved “premium” Outlook Web interface that is compatible with Windows and Mac. This also allows us to remain on the latest supported platform provided by Microsoft.

When is this happening?

The migrations will begin June 25th and end prior to August 1st. These will take place during the day scheduled as the mailboxes are migrated online with no downtime. Several of the districts have been placed into Migration Groups, which are listed in the table below. You can determine your migration date by locating your group (or district) and viewing the Maintenance Schedule calendar.
